CCTV appeal after break-in at Poole fish and chip shop

ALCOHOL was stolen during a break-in at a Poole fish and chip shop.

Police have issued a CCTV image of a person they would like to trace after the incident, at Lakeside Fish and Chips, at Lifeboat Quay, at around 2.15am on Sunday, May 12.

PC Niki Edwards, of Poole police, said: “We are carrying out various enquiries into this burglary and I am issuing a CCTV image of the suspect.

“I appreciate the image is not the clearest, but I would urge anyone with information relating to this man’s identity to please contact us.

“I would also like to hear from anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the vicinity during the early hours of Sunday, May 12, as well as any members of the public who may have captured relevant home CCTV, doorbell camera or dashcam footage.”
