Enjoy an evening in Wareham on the 4th April with two of the nation’s most experienced music journalists!

Now in their fifth decade of working together, David Hepworth & Mark Ellen, are two of the nation’s most experienced music writers, broadcasters, and podcasters. They will be looking back on the pop stars they have met, the magazines they have run, the rock bands they have toured with. Plus the TV shows they’ve fronted and the gossip they couldn’t possibly have printed at the time!

Their unique one-man show promises two gentlemen in their anecdotage who touch on everyone from the Beatles to the Barron Knights, from Led Zeppelin to Lady Gaga and traverses the short distance between Emerson, Lake and Palmer and Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick and Tich.

The evening will be an audio-visual tour through all our musical yesterdays from the fifties to the present-day. It will be full of insights – gained from first-hand encounters with icons and fly-by-nights. The night climaxes with a truly daft audience participation pop quiz which proves that they have always been able to see the funny side.
