This year’s PAW Festival, back in late May/early June, was enjoyed by thousands of visitors from Purbeck and further afield. Artists’ opened their studios, Rollington Barn hosted our collective exhibition with demonstrations and work by Purbeck Young Artists, and a giant puppet and dancers visited Swanage. In the evenings world class musicians played to packed audiences in a series of inspiring concerts. The whole community participated – our teams of volunteers were out and about welcoming visitors, schools across Purbeck were involved and local young musicians were getting ready for their concert in July.
