CCTV appeal after cash machines damaged in Poole

FIVE cash machines were reportedly damaged overnight across Poole last month.

Police say cash machines were damaged in Blandford Road and the High Street overnight from Tuesday, January 28 to Wednesday, January 29.

PC Gemma Savage, of Poole Police, said: “These incidents caused significant damage to the cash machines, resulting in costly repairs being needed.

“We believe that the damage was caused to try and access money inside the machines, but thankfully no access was gained.

“As part of our ongoing enquiries, I am issuing an image of a person I would like to identify.

“While I appreciate their face is covered, I am hoping someone may recognise them from the clothing they are wearing.”
