AN electric bike has been stolen from outside a Christchurch hotel.
Dorset Police have released a CCTV image of a person they would like to speak in connection with the incident, which saw the bike taken from outside the Captain’s Club Hotel, in Wick Lane, at around 1.30pm on Friday, August 4.
The white, Samebike folding electric bike, was removed from a rack outside the hotel.
Police Community Support Investigator Kate Hann, of Dorset Police, said: “We have been making enquiries into this theft and have obtained two CCTV images of the suspect.
“As can be seen, the suspect arrived on a white and turquoise mountain bike before leaving on the white electric bike.
“I would urge anyone who recognises her to come forward.
“I would also like to hear from anyone who came across a bike matching the description given above being offered for sale in suspicious circumstances.”
