THOSE planning a trip to the Dorchester Household Recycling Centre this Tuesday (April 8) are asked to make alternative arrangements.
The recycling centre will be closed all day tomorrow so Dorset Council’s highways team can carry out repairs to sections of St Georges Road.
The tip is set to reopen at 9am on Wednesday (April 9).
A traffic diversion will be in place when the recycling centre reopens to allow road improvement works to continue on the western section of St Georges Road.
Dorset Council is encouraging people who planned to visit the tip on Tuesday to seek an alternative recycling centre.
