A MAN with a kitchen knife threatened staff at a Poole shop during a robbery on Monday (January 29).
At around 9.30pm, the thief demanded staff at the Premier Alder Road store hand over vapes while making threats with the blade, Dorset Police said.
Around 25 disposable vape pods were stolen during the incident.
The suspect is described as white, aged from 17 to 22 years old with light-coloured eyes, long fair hair, facial hair and of stocky build. He was wearing dark-coloured trousers and a cream or white zip-up hooded jumper.
PC Melissa Greenman, of Poole police, said: “I am carrying out enquiries into this incident and am keen to hear from anyone who saw suspicious activity in the area between 9.15pm and 10pm on Monday, January 29.
“Also, I am keen to speak to anyone with information about the identity of the suspect.
“If you may have captured anything of relevance during the timeframe on either home CCTV or dashcam footage, please contact Dorset Police.”
