A TONNE of paper caught fire on the back of a lorry in Poole on Tuesday morning (November 19).
The incident unfolded in Wallisdown Road at just after 9.20am, with two crews from the town sent to the scene.
A Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said crews found “a small fire involving approximately one tonne of paper inside a lorry”.
“One firefighter in breathing apparatus used one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire and our stop was at 10.03am,” they added.
