WOULD-BE burglars damaged a window and a vehicle at a property in Poole.

Police said at around 11pm on Wednesday, November 29, damage was caused to the window of an address in Alder Road, as well as a vehicle parked on the driveway.

Entry was not gained to the property or the car and nothing was stolen.

PC Melissa Greenman, of Poole police, said: “I am carrying out enquiries into this incident and am keen to hear from anyone who saw suspicious activity in the area between around 10.30pm and 11.15pm on Wednesday, November 29.

“Also, I am appealing to anyone who may have captured anything of relevance during that timeframe on either home CCTV or dashcam footage.”
