AN UNPROVOKED attack in a Poole kebab shop saw the victim elbowed in the face.

Police have released a CCTV image of a person they would like to speak to in connection with the incident, at Golden Kebab, in Bournemouth Road.

It unfolded at around 12.10am on Saturday, March 4,

A Dorset Police spokesperson said a man – aged in his 20s – was elbowed in the face by an unknown man and dragged toward the entrance, sustaining minor injuries.

PC Megan Vivian, of Poole police, said: “This was an unprovoked assault and we are doing all we can to identify the offender.

“I am now in a position to issue a CCTV image of a man I would like to identify and I am appealing to anyone who recognises him to please come forward.”
